We want you to feel completely at home in your Eberjey pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific garments you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return from the provided menu.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
